Reporting to our Head of CRM, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value on a global scale.   So if you are creative with a keen eye for detail, have a passion for the fashion industry and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply today! Requirements Own the ARNE CRM strategy across ARNE UK and International, ensuring each touchpoint is designed to bring value to the ARNE customer. Work with our Data Insight team to understand the ARNE customer; understanding cohort movements, purchasing habits, channel engagement and subsequent actions with the aim to improve Customer Lifetime Value. Oversee CRM performance reporting; relaying performance back to the wider business and utilising insight to scale what is working. Develop cross-channel journeys utilising our existing Email, Push, SMS and Direct Mail channels. Liaise with our internal Design team to ensure templates and creative are optimised to increase CRM engagement. Develop a robust AB testing plan, ensuring we continue to optimise each touchpoint. Essential Experience and Skills 3+ years of experience in a CRM role, with specific focus on loyalty / improving customer value. Data driven, with experience using platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo & Triple Whale. Strong stakeholder management including regularly presenting back on performance and ‘whats next?’ when it comes to ARNE loyalty. Highly organised and process driven. Making sure decisions are insight-led. Experience working on an International level is advantageous. Strong project coordination with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Able to report on performance, identifying trends and actioning accordingly. Experienced in customer segmentation and the ability to show value.
