Ensure HubSpot is set up and maintained following best practices across all enterprise-level hubs. Build advanced and simple workflows that meet evolving business requirements. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics to stakeholders. Manage and ensure
good data hygiene
within HubSpot. Understand development requests from key stakeholders, translate them into clear project briefs, and manage the development process from start to finish. Map technical processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM functionality with broader organisational goals. What experience might you have?
HubSpot certifications
and experience managing HubSpot across all hubs at an enterprise level. Experience with platforms such as Clay, Supered, Gong, Jira, Insycle, and Slack is a bonus. A team player with the confidence to collaborate with VP and C-level executives. A proactive mindset to challenge and refine stakeholder requests to ensure adherence to CRM best practices. Vision and initiative to take an existing, in-progress system and transform it into a strategic business tool. Ability to balance the need for speed with building a strong foundation for long-term success. Salary:
Dependant on experience, from £70,000 - 90,000 + bonus & equity Working Policy:
