Our Role

We’re looking for a talented marketing CRM professional to join our growing marketing department, within the CRM team. You’ll own our lifecycle & loyalty workstreams working across multiple channels within the UK & international territories. Aiming to drive brand engagement and delivering demand through use of commercially relevant content for existing customers. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the purpose of the role is:

To build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by delivering personalized, engaging, and relevant experiences throughout their lifecycle.

To maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) by driving acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies tailored to customer needs and behaviours.

To manage our VIP loyalty program in order to increase customer satisfaction, advocacy, and repeat purchases.

To leverage data insights and analytics to understand customer preferences, predict behaviour, and inform strategies.

To support business growth by aligning CRM and loyalty initiatives with broader objectives.

What you’ll be doing

Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation, improving lifetime value (CLV). On-going optimisation & testing of communication to each segment and market to elicit best response and/or increase demand, this includes: Creative briefing (copy / layout) Signing off campaigns Ensuring creative & content is consistent with the wider business Trigger Campaigns: Implement, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc.) using segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to drive customer engagement. Loyalty Program Management: Manage our VIP loyalty program to boost customer retention, increase repeat purchases, and enhance brand affinity. Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage customer data and analytics to inform strategies, track campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve CRM and loyalty initiatives. What skills & experience you’ll need

A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, showcasing analytical and strategic capabilities. Extensive CRM Marketing Experience, with a proven track record in managing complex, data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels with measurable success. Experience in the retail sector, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and industry trends. Expertise in developing and streamlining marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident in analysing data to inform decisions and presenting insights effectively to diverse audiences. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM tools and marketing platforms. Adept at fostering strong stakeholder partnerships, managing expectations, and aligning with business objectives. What will make you brilliant at this role
