Talent Hub is working in partnership with a well-known retail brand who are developing their CRM team in East Sussex. This is a brand-new CRM Manager job, joining a fast paced and busy team. You will play a key role in driving customer retention and product awareness through email marketing. We would like to hear from CRM Executives or CRM Managers who have a retail or beauty background as well as skills in data segmentation, content planning, automation and creating a contact strategy. For this CRM Manager job, you should have: Previously worked in a CRM Manager or Senior CRM Executive role for a consumer-focused retail brand with a large customer base. Experience of using Klaviyo or a SaaS CRM Platform. Skills in Google Analytics and Power BI. Successfully created and delivered CRM Contact Strategies and Content Plans. A proven background in email marketing. Proven skills in data segmentation and creating targeted email marketing campaigns. Be highly analytical with excellent reporting skills. Key responsibilities include for this CRM Manager include: Building the CRM trade calendar to deliver traffic, revenue and a customer first journey for the subscriber database, across email, SMS and Direct Mail. Responsible for building the targeting, segmentation and dynamic content strategy for trade communications in their CRM platform Klaviyo. Aligning with commercial, marketing, creative and content teams to build the calendar, and have the right assets available for communications. Providing analysis and insights on all trade campaigns on a weekly basis. Ownership of the strategy for trade communications.
