Your profile Essential: Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). Ability to analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Experience integrating CRM systems with other business applications (e.g., marketing automation, sales enablement). Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards to track performance and measure success. Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong relationship-building skills to foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices. Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
