About the role The CRM Marketing Executive for Pet Drugs Online is responsible for delivery on our email ecommerce channels for our Pet Health Club Shop. Your overarching objective is to deliver on the CRM calendar and build automated triggers to drive revenue growth. The Pet Health Club Shop is an online shop offering a broad range of food and accessories for pets, with exclusive savings for Pet Health Club members who subscribe and save. With support from the Marketing Manager and Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, build and implementation of targeted communications. You will be required to monitor performance and regularly report against key KPIs. On a day-to-day basis you will be working with the Marketing & creative team to build email templates in line with brand guidelines. Email communications should be relevant to custom audiences maximising opportunities for growth through delivering personalised messages. Some key job duties are: Execute the email strategy to increase engagement and revenue across all email streams Design and build email campaigns and triggered automation journey flows Use segmentation to define audiences targeting, ensuring personalised communications and appropriate frequency Review, proof and follow the defined sign-off process for emails Ensure that campaigns meet brand guidelines for our brands and suppliers. Support with planning the email campaign schedule aligning with promotional activity, seasonal campaigns and supplier investments Plan and execute ongoing A/B testing (layout, format, frequency, copy etc.) to continuously improve email performance Monitor and communicate any potential issues or problems that may affect the delivery of campaigns Identify and highlight opportunities for database growth Use data and learnings to inform planning for future activity and opportunities What are we looking for?
