LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a passionate CRM Lead looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global company. The CRM & Retention Lead will take the reins on our CRM Strategy, delivering data driven performance improvements across the customer journey.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 170-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside our Ecommerce and Marketing teams to achieve excellence in customer experience, retention and lifetime value, ultimately helping to make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

About the role:

This is a superb opportunity for an elite level CRM professional and retention marketing specialist, looking to take a step forward in their career. You will own CRM, customer retention and personalisation, reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce & Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the company’s CRM strategy, driving improvements in customer experience, retention & lifetime value.

Owning the CRM technology stack including CRM, CDP, ESP and Personalisation tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Sweet Analytics and Movable Ink.

You will also be a key stakeholder in other parts of the ecommerce tech stack including the website front end, merchandising tools, A/B testing platform and rewards program.

Diving deep into data including customer behavioural data to craft personalised customer journeys across multiple channels, leveraging automation for onboarding, win-back and various other flows.

Working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, supporting with customer data and insights to help create amazing cross channel campaigns and automations that drive results.

Continually optimising, adopting a test-and-learn approach to everything you do. Identifying problematic touchpoints where the customer journey and experience can be improved and then delivering A/B testing plans to find winning formulas.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, customer retention and email marketing is essential.

Hands on technical expertise with email marketing/marketing automation platforms.

You must be a customer focused, commercially minded person who understands the impact CX has on the overall success of a business.

Analytical skills, a data driven decision making ethos.

Deep understanding of segmentation, audience building and customer journey optimisation.

Open minded, willing to learn and able to manage in a very fast-paced environment.
