on application Role Overview: CRM Solution Architect required by large complex organisation. Responsibilities: The role will involve working with project teams to assess the current CRM setup and provide a strategic roadmap for the organisation's wider use of CRM systems. You will be expected to demonstrate significant experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, as this forms a large basis of the existing infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and various stakeholders. This is a 6 month initial contract with a view to extend beyond this, providing leadership on the solution architecture based on your recommendations.
