CRM Specialist

will oversee the BAU migration to MS Dynamics. You will manage the CRM infrastructure, ensuring it supports business goals through automation and analytics. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll lead the development of the CRM infrastructure, implementing necessary changes and builds where necessary. Key Responsibilities Lead the BAU migration to MS Dynamics, managing all stages from requirements to delivery. Maintain and develop CRM infrastructure to maximise automation and support. Manage operational execution of campaigns, data processes, and client tracking schedules. Provide data analysis support for future initiatives and client-driven projects. Serve as the CRM data expert, reviewing and aligning system configuration with business goals. Essential Skills At least 3 years' experience managing CRM systems, with MS Dynamics preferred. Strong knowledge of working with complex customer databases and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SPSS). Experience in Google Analytics and PowerBI for reporting and analysis. Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to change. Ability to simplify complex data into easy-to-understand formats.
