CRM System Analyst , you will hold a pivotal role managing requirements elicitation sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), change requests, and overall platform maintenance. Much of the role will involve collaboration with business stakeholders and internal teams to elicit and document business requirements and user stories. This will lead to the building of prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions and recommending operational improvements. Extensive experience with CRM platforms is critical. Previous experience of Dynamics or Salesforce is essential, with particular focus on the Sales module. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities while managing change processes and fostering collaboration across departments. Location and travel : Hybrid with travel. As there will be a requirement to deliver Dynamics workshop sessions at our offices every 2-3 months, candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of our offices in Bracknell and Cirencester. There may also be some limited travel outside of the UK. Much of the role will be delivered remotely, with daily communication with our IT Customer Technology managers who are based in the US (New York). There will also be regular remote meetings with the DevOps team (located in Malaysia) and the Integration team (located in India). Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders to elicit and draft unambiguous business requirements, user stories, and system design details. Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions. Own UAT end-to-end (UAT plan, data requirements, scheduling, meeting invites, daily defect triage calls, support & fixes). Work with technical and development staff to conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing. This includes developing and publishing test specifications, preparing test data, and creating user acceptance testing documents. Develop and document detailed business process models, including "as-is" and "to-be" states, to guide system enhancements and drive process improvements. Identify gaps in requirements and follow up with stakeholders to resolve gaps, communicate requirements clearly using a variety of formats (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria, functional). Participate in and be comfortable facilitating diagramming, modelling, prototyping, and backlog management efforts. Facilitate timeline estimate conversations and schedule ad-hoc meetings as required. Lead/facilitate planning events to elaborate, define accurate acceptance, prioritize, size, and schedule stories into sprints. Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to established quality standards. Research, analyze, model, and organize information for developing requirements. Facilitate requirements validation sessions and present findings to management and other stakeholders. Ensure CRM data integrity and implement processes for regular data cleansing and maintenance. Act as the primary liaison between business and IT for CRM-related matters. Compose user stories featuring well-defined acceptance criteria that will build the framework upon which software development decisions are based. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements to create complex business flow diagrams. Partner with technical leads and fellow product owners within the work stream for understanding the business need. Prepare and manage product backlog in Dev Ops to ensure the backlog is up-to-date and user stories are elaborated on before planning events. Test out functionality changes and perform impact testing on work prior to release for user testing. Design, develop, document, and implement solutions in accordance with user requirements within project specifications. Follow change control protocols in day-to-day activities. ABOUT YOU Required competencies, skills and experience: Significant experience as a CRM System Analyst (5+ years), preferably MS Dynamics or Salesforce. Sales/Sales Cloud module experience is key (irrespective of which CRM platform). Experience in requirements gathering, workshop delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Technical document writing for CRM requirements/specification. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to convey high-level technical descriptions to Dev and Integration teams.
