CRM & Systems Specialist

to join our Global Revenue Operations team and help us optimize our sales technology stack. Build the engine of our sales success In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our sales team has the tools and technology they need to thrive. You'll be responsible for optimizing and integrating our CRM system with other key platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced productivity. What you'll do: Optimize CRM performance : Diagnose and resolve issues affecting the speed and efficiency of our SugarCRM instance and other sales tools.

Connect our sales tech stack:

Develop and maintain integrations between SugarCRM and other essential tools like LeadDesk, Apollo, and Workato.

Customize for our needs:

Tailor CRM functionalities to meet specific business requirements through advanced configurations and custom code.

Master the data:

Utilize your SQL expertise for database queries, maintenance, and optimization tasks.

Be the expert:

Provide technical support to our sales teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance their user experience.

Document your work : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and customizations.

What you'll bring: CRM expertise:

3+ years of experience in CRM systems development and customization, with a strong preference for SugarCRM knowledge.

Integration experience:

A proven track record of successfully integrating CRM systems with other tools and platforms.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in SQL and relevant scripting languages.

Problem-solving abilities : The ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Communication skills:

Efficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Teamwork : A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
