As a CRO Executive, you'll:
Track customer experiences across online channels, devices, third-party tools, and payment types. Collaborate with tech developers, as well as product, marketing, and trading teams, to enhance customer funnels and success metrics. Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and inform customers about new product features and functionalities. Use customer data and competitor analysis to understand buying behaviours and maximise ROI. Perform creative and AB tests to evaluate traffic distribution, user flow, and facilitate improvements. Analyse customer interactions qualitatively and quantitatively, including calculating Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Manage third parties effectively, document processes, and log technical issues alongside customer uplifts and challenges. Stay informed on industry trends and new CRO techniques and technologies. What skills and experience do I need for this role?
A bachelor's degree in data, communications, maths/physics, business management, or a related field is preferred. Interest or experience as a CRO specialist or in a similar customer success role. Knowledge of online customer behaviour analysis and related platforms. Experience in gathering and interpreting customer success information. Proficiency in data analytics and CRO software. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
