We are looking for someone to join our Trade and Digital Excellence team as the leading advocate for User Experience.
We would love someone who is passionate about making sure that the needs of our users and members guide all decisions to create an outstanding digital experience.
The role will require you to continuously develop hypotheses using data and insights to shape our testing roadmap. Confidently assess test results and provide valuable input into the product development process, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience for our users.
Excellent communication will be key, we want you to be able to create strong narratives around your data and findings that drives insight and can be interpreted across all parts of the business.
