Overseeing all operations from planting through to harvest. Supporting field teams to ensure their success. About You: You'll already have a good understanding of relevant machinery and internal communications will be your strong suit. Experience in farm, crop, and operational management is desirable. FACTS and BASIS would be beneficial but not essential; in this role, experience speaks louder than qualifications.
