CROWD MANAGEMENT & SECURITY MANAGER - FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION - IMMEDIATE START Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Laptop + Mobile, 45 Hours PW MUST live in the Southeast area due to head office being located near Witham, Essex. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Crowd Management & Security Manager with 8+ years of experience in event security management to oversee security planning and operations for a range of events, from small to large-scale. The ideal candidate will hold

NEBOSH, IOSH, and minimum Level 4 in Spectator Safety qualifications , ensuring a safe environment for attendees, staff, and participants. This role requires the ability to manage events from a security operations management level, including writing detailed event plans, incident logs, and reports, and having

experience with CAD/DOC Plans for security operations . The candidate

must also hold a valid SIA and CCTV license . Additionally, the role will require nationwide travel to various client sites, as well as the creation of training manuals and the delivery of training sessions for staff. Key Responsibilities: Security Planning & Operations:

Develop and implement detailed security strategies and plans for events of varying scales, overseeing security operations from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mitigating risks. Event Documentation:

Write comprehensive event plans, security reports, incident logs, and post-event reviews. Ensure all documentation is thorough, clear, and in compliance with legal and operational standards. CAD/DOC Plans:

Create and manage CAD/DOC Plans for security operations, outlining crowd management, emergency response, and safety measures. Team Management:

Lead and supervise security personnel, providing training, guidance, and support. Training & Development:

Create training manuals for site-specific security procedures, and deliver engaging training sessions to security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for each event. Health & Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, manage emergency procedures, and implement crowd control protocols. Incident Management:

Respond to security incidents and emergencies during events, documenting all actions and outcomes in incident logs. Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with event organizers, authorities, and emergency services, ensuring clear communication and coordination. Resource Management:

Oversee security budgets, staffing, and procurement of security equipment for each event. Qualifications & Experience: MUST have 8+ years of event and security management experience at a senior level, including hands-on operations management of security for both small and large events. Proven experience with managing security for events of over 100 people. Experience writing event plans, reports, and incident logs. Experience with CAD/DOC Plan development and management for event security. NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate. IOSH Membership. Level 4 Spectator Safety Qualification. Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) License. Experience creating training manuals and delivering training to staff. Willingness and ability to travel to various client sites nationwide. MUST have a clean and smart appearance. MUST hold a Valid UK driver's licence. Skills: Leadership and team management. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Crisis management and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage security operations across multiple event sizes. Proficient in creating and managing event documentation, including CAD/DOC Plans. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. Additional Information: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Extensive travel to client sites nationwide is expected.
