For this exciting opportunity, you'll need previous experience working with cruise lines and tailor-made holidays, as you offer top customer service to customers looking to make changes to their existing cruise holidays.
Our client's ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the cruise sector, systems, and the framework that creates tailor-made holidays. Previous post-cruise and tailor-made experience is essential for this position, and our client is looking for candidates who have worked in the same or a similar role.
In return, they can offer a basic salary of up to GBP28,000, Monday to Friday, with a maximum of 2 Saturdays a month, working hours from 8 am to 6 pm on a rota basis, and excellent benefits including fam trips, a day off on your birthday, and private medical health care. The role can be office-based in Greater Manchester, hybrid, or fully home-based.
Role of Cruise Amendments Specialist:
Post-sales amendments to tailor-made cruise packages
Cancellations and changes made by the customer and suppliers
Schedule changes and amendments to flights, hotels, transfers, and tours
Delivering high levels of customer service
Offering expert advice and personal recommendations
Skills required for the role:
Previous cruise industry experience - essential
Experience with tailor-making cruise packages - essential
Confident and proactive telephone manner
Able to work well within a small team
Excellent attention to detail
