The key responsibility of this role is the ownership of the financial integrity of the Onboard profit (£23m p.a.) and Medical from an end-to-end perspective. This role plays an integral part in the management of Cruise Onboard revenue & Medical through regular reforecast cycles, challenging the business to improve performance whilst also highlighting any risk or opportunity to financial forecasts in a timely manner. ABOUT THE JOB Developing profit improvement initiatives and providing financial insights for business cases and supplier tenders. Creating and managing the 3-year strategic plan and annual budget. Producing and presenting monthly ancillaries' review packs to Commercial Managers. Ensuring data integrity and improving reporting tools for onboard revenue and profit. Improving medical reporting and driving continuous improvement. Managing P&Ls, balance sheets, and forecasts for various revenue streams including Medical and PAI. Supporting projects to drive growth in onboard package sales. Collaborating with concessionaires to set and review seasonal targets. ABOUT YOU Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication abilities, especially in translating financial information for non-financial stakeholders. Experience in managing complexity and working under pressure. Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently. People management skills to engage and develop direct reports.
