CSA Project Manager - Frankfurt, Germany
Salary - £85-95,000 per annum plus additional benefits
My client is a principal contractor working on data centre projects across mainland Europe. They operate in Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Belgium. They are currently recruiting for a CSA Project Manager to join a new project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an opportunity to work in a different country and to continue development.
CSA Project Manager Responsibilities:
Package Management:
Lead and manage the CSA packages for the data centre project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of the CSA works.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues in the CSA packages, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track.
Contractor and Supplier Management:
Oversee the selection and performance of subcontractors and suppliers for CSA works, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and project requirements.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all CSA works comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
Progress Reporting & Documentation:
Provide regular updates to senior management, reporting on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the CSA package, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Successful Candidate Requirements: Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Experience working with civil, structural, and fit-out works.
At least 5 years of project management experience.
