Lead and manage the CSA packages for the data centre project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordination with Stakeholders:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of the CSA works. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues in the CSA packages, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track. Contractor and Supplier Management:
Oversee the selection and performance of subcontractors and suppliers for CSA works, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and project requirements. Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all CSA works comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality checks. Progress Reporting & Documentation:
Provide regular updates to senior management, reporting on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the CSA package, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Successful candidate requirements: Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent. Experience working with civil, structural, and fit-out works.
