Pre-Contract Responsibilities:
Shape project estimates and tenders through site visits and operational team collaboration. Contribute to tender adjudication and interviews, ensuring seamless preparation of documents and programming of work. Identify and implement value engineering opportunities. Post-Contract Responsibilities:
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while exceeding client expectations. Drive adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Oversee resource allocation, subcontractor management, and performance monitoring. Lead contract review meetings and manage client relationships with professionalism and precision.
