The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Sales Centre (CSC) Team is growing. We are looking for an experienced leader to join the APJ CSC leadership team, to lead a team of leaders within the sales org across all Korea & ASEAN, and coordinate our local Demand Generation and CSC AMs (also known as CSR) Team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid expansion of AWS, through opportunity management, facilitation of communication, ownership of new AWS accounts and leading sales initiatives. Managing a leadership team who run both Demand Generation and the CSC AM’s across ASEAN and/or Korea. These leaders and you own the orchestration of resources from other areas to drive territory growth. Lead the team through annual planning and their respective territory plans that drives the growth across each territory. Accelerate the adoption of AWS services in ASEAN and KOR for our Start-up business segment with the ultimate goal of revenue growth. Innovate for our customers and be able to articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout and nurture Customer obsession with your teams. Identifying and working with partners in the sales cycle to scale your teams sales motion. About the team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent. Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal or equivalent. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of sales management experience. Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams. Knowledge of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing. Posted:
