CST Data and Onboarding Administrator £26K Monday - Friday full time permanent

Dynamite is working with a national fire and security company that believes in values and progression. They are looking for a Customer Data and Onboarding Specialist.

Your responsibilities: To ensure all data is accurately inputted for the whole database, helping with data projects when required. To ensure data holes are kept to a minimum and if identified are rectified promptly including checking the whole database. To monitor and manage your ‘To Do’s’ in order of importance and then followed by date received. To manage the account setup of a customer on NAV as per the contract and within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Liaise with the Key Account Team and Customer Service Advisors with any ongoing customer requirements. To ensure all customers are streamlined with their processes to be as automatic as possible through good knowledge of the system. Work closely with the commercial team to ensure customers receive a smooth transition to the company. To audit the setup of large accounts completed by the wider CST Data & Onboarding team to ensure the best level of accuracy possible. To ensure all Services Orders are completed within the SLA and chase where required. To carry out invoicing on smaller accounts to the customers’ requirements when required. Maintenance of the shared CST Data & Onboarding inbox, ensuring a prompt and professional response to their colleagues and customers. To action any requests for data amendments within the customer accounts, this may include individual or bulk requests. To carry out the onboarding of customers and assist with the end-to-end onboarding of customers from commercial through Customer Services and then to Service. Identifying areas of improvements with our processes, streamlining these to excel in customer experience. To have excellent liaison and communication with all customers and departments.
