In this role of Service/Premium Assistant, you will be a product expert assigned to SAP Concur solutions customers. A successful individual in this position will manage and maintain core system configurations; adding, editing or removing configurable options as necessary. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive and consultative approach thereby ensuring that our customers continue to see the full benefit of using the SAP Concur system. Within this role you will: Administer the system according to the needs of the client and within scope of SAP Concur’s products/services. Maintain multiple customer environments in parallel and assist in identifying usage gaps to increase adoption levels. Modify, maintain configuration, troubleshoot, and resolve issues ranging from moderate to complex, at a macro level as well as specific features and functionality, at a modular level. Provide guidance and offer best practice recommendations to the customer to ensure an optimized solution. Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to streamline communication in a concise, consistent fashion. Escalate issues to designated specialists and/or cross-functional teams to ensure issues are addressed in an efficient manner. Experience: Fluency in English. 2+ years’ experience in a related client-facing role, such as implementation, consulting, or advanced customer support. Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex implementation issues. Other Requirements: Open-minded and capable of establishing excellent cooperation with other business partners (internal/external). 2+ years’ experience with SAP Concur Solutions preferred. Strong problem resolution skills – proven ability to engage and interact with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
