Certified Security Officer (CTSO)
to join our security team. The CTSO will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a proactive approach to identifying potential risks, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and Patrol:
Perform regular patrols of the premises, monitoring for suspicious activity, security breaches, and safety hazards. Access Control:
Manage and oversee access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. Incident Response:
Respond to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action in accordance with established protocols. Reporting:
Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports on all security incidents and daily activities. Surveillance Monitoring:
Operate and monitor surveillance systems, ensuring coverage of all critical areas. Customer Service:
Provide assistance and direction to visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and secure environment. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and relevant laws/regulations. Crisis Management:
Act swiftly during critical situations such as fire, evacuation, or medical emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services as necessary. Qualifications: CTSO Certification
(required) Previous Security Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in security, law enforcement, or military (preferred but not required). Knowledge of Security Protocols:
Familiarity with security and safety procedures, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response. Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, visitors, and law enforcement. Physical Fitness:
Must be physically capable of standing for long periods, patrolling large areas, and responding to incidents quickly. Attention to Detail:
Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert and focused in high-pressure situations. Basic First Aid and CPR Training
