Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with company objectives. Provide expert advice and guidance on people and culture matters to senior leaders and the organization. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and the organization. Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
