Croydon Adult Learning and Training (CALAT) is a large, dynamic, and high-quality adult education provider with extensive English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) provision seeking to recruit an experienced ESOL practitioner with a sound knowledge of current trends in the delivery of ESOL. The successful applicant will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality improvement and assurance processes, including the observation of teaching, learning and assessment, the Education Inspection Framework, and joint practice development, as well as curriculum planning and community engagement good practice.
Applicants for this position should ensure that their supporting statement, at the end of the online application, demonstrates fully how they meet each criteria in the person specification and provides specific examples of relevant experience, skills, and knowledge. Applicants who do not complete a full statement will not be shortlisted.
Shortlisting will take place within
