Comprehensive knowledge of government policy within the curriculum with a thorough understanding of evidence-based teaching, learning, and assessment. Highly developed information management skills and the proven ability to use standard College systems. Solid teaching and/or pastoral skills with a history of good student outcomes and the ability to act strategically. Ability to foster credible working relationships with colleagues and demonstrate leadership in previous roles.
