Start: September 2024 Permanent contract Full-time: a time-tabled teaching commitment of 23.5 hours plus almost 9 hours directed time per week Delivery will focus on: L1 – L3 BTEC and T Levels The role will involve marking coursework and lesson planning Supporting students’ University applications and overseeing personal statements Ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends Candidate specification – What the college are looking for:
UK QTS Minimum of 5 years’ experience 2:1 or 1st class degree, in an Economics related course Strong academic background Good to Outstanding teacher observation grades Strong classroom management Proven track record in curriculum development, with a focus on practical skills and real-world applications. Strong understanding of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
