CURRICULUM MANAGER (GBP250 Welcome Bonus)
We are looking for a confident, inspirational manager with experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to join our growing education team at a local College.

Truro, Cornwall (travel across county required) HOURS:
37.5 hours per week, (term-time) SALARY:
GBP32,549.40 per annum (GBP29,169.27 pro rata) What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident manager who has experience of supporting students with a learning disability and/or mental health needs in education, and is passionate about making a difference. You will be an excellent communicator and able to supervise and motivate a team that works across different areas. You will need to have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent for this role; Qualified Teacher Status is desirable but not essential. You must be willing and able to travel between locations in Cornwall as required. What to Expect
You will be working as part of the management team to develop individualised, creative curriculums that inspire quality learning for students with SEND. Based out of our learning hub in Truro, you will be responsible for the college's provision to students in Cornwall, leading and managing a team of around 15 Learning Mentors and Learning Tutors across the county. You will ensure that students are supported to meet their needs, aspirations and destinations, as outlined in their EHCP, and that student safety, enjoyment and success is at the heart of planning and delivery.
