This is a real opportunity as a passionate and innovative teacher and industry-skilled specialist to make a real difference to young people and adults who have SEND; Special Education Needs and Disabilities. Responsibilities: Lead the FLEX curriculum team. Develop and implement curriculum strategies for SEND. Support and mentor team members. Engage with students and stakeholders to ensure quality education. Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification. Experience working with SEND students. Strong leadership and communication skills.
