The Nelson Trust is looking for an Engagement and Diversion Keyworker to work within police custody in the Bridgend/Cwm Taf area, providing early identification, on-the-day support, engagement, triage, and continuity of care. This role enables Women and Young Adults to engage in community-based support that addresses their individual needs. Responsibilities
Work across the service and extended community teams and partners providing flexible support in the community. Deliver exceptional services that make a tangible difference in the lives of people. Support Women and Young Adults (18-25) from the criminal justice system at first contact within police custody. Requirements
