With a presence across the UK, Canada, India, the Philippines, and the USA, the company delivers innovative tools that enhance qualitative and quantitative research. They work with over 100 clients, including market research agencies, research panels, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Onboard and train new clients, ensuring a seamless adoption of AI-powered research tools. Build and maintain strong relationships, driving engagement and repeat purchases. Support clients with research projects, providing guidance on questionnaire design and AI-driven insights. Skills: 2-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within market research or research technology. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Interest in AI and its applications within market research.
