Customer Account Manager
Salary:
£25,000 plus uncapped commission
Location:
Hailsham
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (hybrid after training)

Do you have a natural ability to build a rapport with potential customers as a B2B Internal Sales professional? My client has a great opportunity to join its growing team as a Customer Account Manager. You’ll be great on the telephone and be used to email, social media and video calling.
Job duties of the Customer Account Manager are to:
Use cold calling methods to win new business
Regularly contact existing customers
Highlight new opportunities and identify any lost business
Competently negotiate with new and existing clients
Skills and experience required for the Customer Account Manager are:
Proven track record in achieving targets
Good IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and ERP systems
Good relationship builder
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
