About the role Customer Advisor - TradePoint Full time - 36.75 hours per week Permanent Contract Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm UK Notional hourly rate £12.48 per hour (Inclusive of a £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance) B&Q Aberdeen We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Key responsibilities Become an expert advisor and guide for customers. Get to know customers and their home improvement projects. Manage stock, set up displays, and maintain store appearance. Provide great customer service as the main aim. Opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber. Required skills & experience Happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. Friendly and outgoing with a desire to assist others. Willingness to learn new technology and methods. Ability to work well in a team and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. What's in it for me?
