Customer Ambassador – Full-Time Employed £26,000-£30,000 basic salary + expenses + bonuses. OTE £45,000-£55,000 p/a – uncapped! Do you love talking to people? We're looking for Mobile Customer Ambassadors to join our UK wide expanding team of specialists. About us: Our purpose at Simpler Law is to ensure that everyone has affordable end of life planning in place. Currently over 60% of the UK population does not have a Will and of those that do a number of them are invalid or out of date. With a track record of dealing with customers, the role very simply is to offer customers Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney in your area at a highly discounted price and then book them in for a consultation with a fully trained Will writer. It’s more than a job, it’s about giving people a real peace of mind that their loved ones are provided for once they’ve gone! We'd love it if you have experience dealing directly with customers. Here's what you'll be doing: Attend pre-booked retail location with pop-up branded equipment typically within 10-15 miles of where you live. Operate between the hours of 9-5pm, 5 days per week including Saturdays. Be able to answer a range of customers as they approach you with questions and queries. Be able to reach out to customers as they pass by and engage them in conversation. Be sensitive to their needs and goals. Recommend a Will from a 5-star award winning Law Firm and take payment for a Will with a full money back guarantee and book them in for a consultation. To be a Customer Ambassador, you'll need: An ability to talk to people and enable a conversation. Great people skills! Excellent communication skills and first-class personal presentation. Drive, determination, and a genuine desire to help people. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
