Summary Customer Assistant - Visual Merchandising Stylist - Hempstead Valley Please note this is a temporary position to cover career break ending January 2026. Contracted to full time at 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. Working Pattern also includes every other weekend.

Key Accountabilities
Dress and style mannequins to agreed standards each launch and throughout the season as required.
Deliver seasonal window implementation.
Maintain 'best in town' standards through presentation standards, VM principles, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season.
Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively.
Share customer and colleague feedback to improve services.
Support colleagues in building skill and confidence.
Own personal learning & development and access digital learning solutions proactively.
Know daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities.
Possess strong product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs.
Understand store priorities and their role within them.
Complete tasks efficiently and in line with SOPs.
Minimize cost and waste through good process practices.

Comprehensive styling skills applicable to instore visual elements and windows.
Strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
Ability to contribute to store sales and cost control.
Work across the store to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
Comprehensive knowledge of customer shopping channels.
Good level of product knowledge and services across the store.
Up to date knowledge of commercial operations.
Good digital capability and use of digital tools and applications.
Understand customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
