Job Description:

This role involves maintaining customer compliance risk AI models, enhancing Power BI audit dashboards, automating key audit tasks, and supporting customer audits. You'll collaborate with IT and data scientists on model development and documentation, ensuring adaptability to evolving environments and patterns.

Maintain and adapt our customer compliance risk AI models based on evolving internal and external environment, as well as new fact patterns/MO's as discovered in customer audits. Monitor model accuracy and recommend changes as needed. Partner with IT and data scientists on key model development and productization tasks, such as data engineering, data validation, model testing and documentation. Maintain and enhance PowerBI audit dashboards. Explore and execute automation opportunities on key audit analyses/tasks to generate efficiencies. Facilitate the completion of required ACT documents for customer payments to certain Central Eastern Europe countries. Support the conduct of customer audits.

Qualifications:

Critical skills: Strong bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics or Business). Intermediate level python skills, with working knowledge on Gen AI tools. Intermediate to high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or similar data visualization tools. Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Business partnership and teamwork - ability to collaborate with both local and worldwide team. Ability to adapt to changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications: With advanced analytics certifications. With prior controls or audit related experience.
