This is a full-time and permanent role, working a 35-hour week and offers the following benefits:
25 days leave + bank holidays. This increases with loyalty. Flexible start times between 8 am - 9 am and flexible finish between 4 pm and 5 pm. 2 pm finish every other Friday. Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days per week can be worked remotely. Monday's are office days. Demonstrate experience of data gathering to resolve issues and complaints, working from the first point of contact to resolution. If you are an excellent communicator, with strong knowledge of MS Office and perhaps exposure to SAP, then please do send your CV with immediate effect!
