YES … then you may be the person we have been looking for! You will receive a full two weeks onboarding training within the contact centre with full support from the manager and assistant manager. What will you be doing? Responsible for managing and responding to all inbound calls on the booking and enquiry line, ensuring customers' queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Responsible for Van and car MOT, Service and fault bookings, coordinating schedules to meet customer’s needs. Effectively manage inbound Truck/Van sales enquiries & allocate to sales execs whilst adhering to process and using the CRM/Dealerweb platform. Upselling care service plans to new & existing customers. React efficiently to the customer alert platform (Cockpit) and contact customers to inform of any warnings regarding their vehicle’s current status & update diary as required. Any further administration tasks to support the wider group and Van service departments. Ensure that customer expectations are met daily. Daily focus on Key Performance Indicators to achieve the required standard. Resolve customer-related issues in a professional and timely manner, keeping the Assistant Manager aware of progression. Deliver dealer & manufacturer standards to the customer. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Be process-oriented. Be flexible and adaptable to change. Monday - Friday, 09:30am - 18:00pm. You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays 08:00am until 12:00pm (Half day will be given back in Lieu). Salary of £23,795 per annum plus company bonus (On target earnings you can earn up to £33,995). Who are we looking for?
