Customer Care Representative Bath, BA2 3DP (Hybrid working: 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Full time, Monday - Saturday

(Saturdays on a rota with day off in lieu) Maternity cover

- 10 months FTC £25,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE + Commission

The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering excellent service and resolving queries across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries via email, social media, chat, and phone. Resolving issues promptly and aiming for first-contact resolution. Managing complaints efficiently and effectively. Booking installations and guiding customers through the process. Renewing contracts and keeping customers informed. Problem-solving and improving processes within the team. Sharing knowledge with colleagues and updating systems.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused individual with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. About you: Experience in a high-volume B2C customer service centre. Proven ability to resolve complaints effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Google Analytics. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities. Empathetic, flexible, and able to meet deadlines. Strong time management and initiative for professional growth.
