S&E CareTrade is looking for a Customer Care Team Leader who will support the Healthcare Sales Division/Business Development Managers (BDMs) with back-office support, and also be responsible for the Customer Care function. The Customer Care Team Leader will report to the National Business Manager. This is a full-time position based in Antrim. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm. Key Responsibilities Work closely with, and support all members of the team. Answer all incoming calls, passing on information to relative person(s). Deal with, and follow through with any customer queries and/or complaints in a timely and polite manner. Make outbound calls to customers. Update BDM sales figures and product information on/from OrderWise. Update customer profiles on OrderWise. Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders daily. Contact customers weekly, who require a weekly order and/or double deliveries. Undertake and coordinate telecanvassing for sales/marketing campaigns and promotions. Update BDMs with customer monthly and annual spend reports so that BDMs can track variances. Arrange special deliveries where needed. Assist with challenging customer requests and/or escalate as needed. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including the Service Dept., Warehouse & Distribution & Operations) to improve the entire customer experience. Assist in any other functions within S&E CareTrade that may not have been specified above, including assisting with ad-hoc exercises required by management. Minimum Requirements 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Services role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate to clients clearly, addressing their concerns and helping to resolve any conflicts that arise. Excellent time and project management skills. Always looking to improve inefficient processes. Ability to work under pressure. Data collection and analysis skills. Good interpersonal skills. Effective & consistent communication with colleagues & management team. Proficient in Excel & Word. An attractive package will be available for the successful candidate.
