Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to meet and exceed performance targets. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, support, and guidance, ensuring personal and professional growth. Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, driving a first-time fix approach. Support sales strategies and promotions, helping to achieve revenue goals and market penetration. Analyse team performance across all work baskets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a culture of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective feedback and support. Ability to analyse performance data and market trends to make informed decisions. Experience within improvement and risk management. Motivational, positive and can-do approach to every day. Manufacturing and/or sales industry experience advantageous. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
