We have partnered with one of our key financial services clients in Glasgow, who is looking to recruit a Customer Data & Insight Lead, to join their scaling customer function, at a time when there is a lot of growth happening across the organisation! A really exciting opportunity! We’re looking for an experienced data and insight specialist, with a focus on leveraging analytics to create real business and customer value, to help shape a data-driven culture, while leading a dynamic team of analysts. Your day to day: Lead with Impact : Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Champion Data-Driven Strategies : Collaborate with senior management, providing trusted advice to align analytics initiatives with customer-focused objectives. Innovate for Growth : Develop cutting-edge data products and insights that uncover commercial opportunities and deliver measurable business impact. Inspire and Educate : Advocate for the value of analytics across the Customer division, empowering the organisation with evidence-led research and insights. What we’re looking for: A proven track record in team leadership, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. Expertise in analytical tools, scripting languages, and statistical modelling techniques. A strategic mindset, with the ability to align data initiatives with business goals and anticipate trends. Exceptional communication skills to translate complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences. A passion for understanding customer behaviour and challenging assumptions through evidence-led analysis. Salary for this role is in the region of £55,000 with a strong benefits package. As well as excellent flexible hybrid working arrangements (circa one day in the office per month).
