Position:

Customer Experience Advisor

Location:

Office-Based - Head Office - Manchester - 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Shifts on a rotational basis between 8am – 8pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off during the week)

What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain clear, empathetic communication, ensuring customers always feel heard and supported.

Think creatively to solve customer problems and prevent potential issues from escalating.

Collaborate with team members, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.

Stay up to date on Rendall & Rittner’s services, using feedback to improve and enhance the customer experience.

Participate in training sessions, continuously learning and evolving your skills to better serve our customers.

Show strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate clear solutions.
