Availability to work between 9am - 7pm with flexibility at the weekend. Office based with hybrid working once trained
Rate of Pay:
£13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming telephone calls and emails related to bookings, memberships, and general inquiries Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently
