Stephen James BMW is looking for a BMW Customer Experience Advisor. Your role As a BMW Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be playing a primary role in helping them identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will be able to talk about everything BMW and demonstrate the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW an absolute delight. You will become an expert on every model in the range and will have the ability to keep learning about our products as they develop. Full product and systems training will be provided to enable you to carry your role with confidence and passion. The main duties of the role include: Proactively welcome customers, identify their needs and offer insightful advice and friendly, vehicle presentations. Ensure you deliver the best customer experience. Provide the correct specifications for vehicles and be on hand to answer any questions. Have sound knowledge of our product range including new technologies Create and coordinate customer appointments, proactively organising and making necessary arrangements for test drives Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead ensuring the showroom is always presentable for customers Working hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week) and Sundays on a rota basis. Your profile We will provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm, passion for customer service and the BMW Brand Understand that a positive attitude gets great results, with both colleagues and customers Natural talent for connecting with people, excellent communication, and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers Excellent administrative & organisational skills and enjoy problem solving Previous experience in a customer facing role, either in hospitality, retail, or sales, preferable advising on products Must be tech savvy with intermediate IT and MS skills Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year Rewards Stephen James values our employees and invests in personal development and training.
