Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator – Warranty Administration Location of work: Croydon / Hybrid The role: As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will work on behalf of our banking clients, providing a professional, efficient, and proactive service that reflects the brand values of our clients. You will use your administrative skills and excellent attention to detail to maintain and update our systems. Handling a high volume of inbound calls, you will ensure customer queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staying up to date with the latest policies and procedures is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service. Hours: 35 hours per week, rotational shift work, Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:30 pm. You will work in the Warranty Administration Department, collaborating with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Suzuki, Spoticar, and many others. You will handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a helpful, friendly, polite, and professional manner. Your duties will include: Dealing with calls and emails regarding vehicle registration changes, policy cancellations, policy amendments, and providing customers with policy receipts or email confirmations. Working closely with the sales and claims teams. Meeting daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, achieving all objectives for service, productivity, and quality. About You:
Minimum requirements include: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Maths. Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel. Able to communicate confidently with clients, customers, and suppliers. Basic understanding of FCA regulations. Flexible/adaptable and able to work under pressure. Previous experience in a contact centre. Basic understanding of home insurance products.
