As Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be instrumental in coordinating the customer complaints process and working with colleagues across the organisation to identify key trends and service improvements. The Ideal Candidate: • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with a wide range of people both internally and externally. • Ability to analyse and interpret information and present data in a clear and accessible way. • Good organisational skills to plan and manage own workload. • Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
