How you’ll play your part

In this role, you will become a key player in the Customer Experience & Marketing team. From day one, you’ll be in the thick of it, working in a fast-paced and results-driven team, delivering on topics such as the Customer Journey, Digital user experience and Customer Experience Research projects.

Main Accountabilities

Drafting and reviewing communications.

Market and customer research tasks.

Communications testing.

Managing relationships and communicating with internal & external stakeholders.

About you

Working towards a degree in Business Management, Marketing or Project Management related subject.

Able to challenge the norm and constantly look for improvements.

Competent in using all aspects of Microsoft Office and generally competent with IT packages.

Proactive, curious to learn, and seek new ideas and perspectives.

Considered in your approach, supporting your peers to succeed.

Have a desire to work in marketing and/or the Financial Services industry.
