In this role, you will engage with executives, senior business leaders, and other key stakeholders to shape the vision and drive the roadmap for the MIS and Parent App products in line with business strategy and goals. You will establish clear product governance structures for these and other products, manage relationships with key suppliers by understanding and influencing their development roadmap, and monitor service performance. Additionally, you will monitor the usage and performance of key platforms within schools to ensure efficient and successful use, identifying areas for improvement. You will work with schools to enhance general skill levels in core products through training, guides, and other supporting assets. Regular communication with schools and stakeholders regarding platform changes, available training, and important updates will be essential. Finally, you will understand the school cycle to ensure appropriate support is in place for key times of the year, such as reports, the new academic year, and census periods.
